That email you keep getting entitled “Outlook Message Manager…” is an email created by Outlook to track which messages are getting downloaded to your blackberry. These emails are not meant to be viewable as they are just 2 devices sending information between each other for sync purposes. Both Microsoft and RIM have posted no solutions for this problem although in some forums people have had success by wiping their entire blackberry. Supposedly these messages will disappear on their own or they can be manually deleted with no problem. This issue always seems to occur after a new computer install or a new Outlook installation, so that would explain why you are suddenly receiving these emails.
